● I don’t work with deadlines but for each custom pack usually takes between 2~3 weeks to be done.

● Every each of my respectful clients will going through a same procedure, you’re required to submit a custom pack form form beforehand to be selected in the process.

● Encouraged to use your YouTube/business information instead of IRL information. If you do use IRL information, i’ll shall preserve any Confidential Information and will not leak any of them to third parties or outsider.
● Make sure your fan art or any illustration that you want to incorporate is ready before we start working on your assets to avoid any delay.
● Fan Art or any commission art piece that you provided should have a commercial use that im able to utilize on the stream assets. I’m not liable if any problem arise in the future.
● I’m used to work with text and visual references only so i can refer back whenever i need to check project brief and also for “black-and-white” purposes. No Discord call or whatsoever.
● I hold every right to the commissioned piece, to use it for my portfolio or posting on my account.
● Please be aware that i do not draw, only can illustrate simple shape and object for now.
● I’ll send an updates of the concept to get confirmation before finalizing or deliver the end product.
● I’ll cover any adjustment after 1 week of delivered files. After that 1 week, any changes you wanna make are gonna be charged. Always check your files!
● Please do not ask for serious or big changes half way through the commission and after the commission is finished.
● The work i have done for you will be showcase on Instagram, Twitter, Behance and Youtube, if you do not want me to share it please let me know beforehand.
● You’re able to see any work progress on my Milanote, i’ll focusing my client 1 by 1, which mean i’ll finishing from above to down according to my Schedule on that month. If you’re the last slot, do please bear that in mind it’s gonna take awhile to get on to your slot!
● I’ll make sure every clients i have on that month will be finish in that very month unless there’s third party delay like illustration and etc is still in progress.
● For rush order please dm on my Instagram for further discussion. Fees is depending on dateline and complexity of your project.
● Consultation is available if needed, for helping my client deciding the direction we will proceed toward to.
